As Onica’s new VP of Customer Strategy for Canada, MacKay will help Canadian enterprises adopt cloud-native technologies to drive innovation
TORONTO – May 2, 2019 – Onica, a Premier Consulting Partner in the AWS Partner Network (APN) and Managed Service Provider, today announced that David MacKay has joined the company as VP of Customer Strategy for Canada. MacKay is an established leader in the IT consulting industry with more than 20 years of experience bringing progressive technologies to the Canadian market. MacKay will leverage Onica’s local resources and expertise, along with assistance from the US market, to help Canadian enterprises adopt cloud-native thinking and technologies.

MacKay joins Onica from Slalom Consulting where he focused on building the company’s AWS strategy for Canada. His extensive experience, vast knowledge of the AWS ecosystem, and established relationships across Canada will help Onica expand its market opportunity and increase adoption of AWS in Canada. He will be joining the Onica team at its new office at Yonge and King in Toronto.
